Will Ferrell
Will Ferrell
rose to fame as a actor on 'Saturday Night Live,' before appearing in
big-screen comedies such like 'Elf', 'Anchorman' and 'Talladega Nights.' Will
Ferrell was raised in Irvine, California in 1967. His career in comedy began
with his time as an Groundlings member. Following his seven-year tenure as a
Saturday Night Live Cast Member, Ferrell was one of the most well-known comedic
actors in the industry by releasing off-color films like Old School (2003) or
Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy (2004). Ferrell was a co-founder of Funny
or Die, a well-known video streaming site. He also enjoyed success as an actor
voiceover in animated features such as Megamind (2010). John William Ferrell is
a California native, born in Irvine on the 16th of July 1967. Will Ferrell is
the eldest child of Righteous Brothers keyboardist Lee Ferrell (and Kay
Ferrell), however, he was not exactly the class clown while he was in
University High School. He was calm and studious however, he decided to play
football and set a school record for the most field goals scored. Ferrell's
suburban home was not the ideal setting for his raunchy and hilarious bursts
that would later mark his career.
